Job Purpose: This role is responsible of advise implementation research of projects with priority to Primary health care projects and ensuring its delivery and lead the research, and identification of research questions and disseminations. This position plays a critical alignment in research among PHC and other projects with programs and M and E. Hence, in this position, we are is seeking a senior research and implementation advisor to lead research and implementation activity and technical support of the design, testing, scale up of interventions; including the Health Extension Program Optimization roadmap implementation and innovative lifesaving RMNCH interventions. The research and implementation advisor will be working closely with Improving Primary Health Care Service Delivery project (IPHCSD) team and all RMNCH projects of Amref, and learning partners.
