Job Purpose: Responsible for the resource mobilisation to ensure sufficient growth of funding in line with the Country Programme. Ensure Quality program delivery by oversee MEAL activities and global commitments (Core Humanitarian Standards). Lead the capacity development support for DCA and partner staff ensuring that DCA Ethiopia humanitarian and development projects are designed and implemented with the required quality standards that will be determined by DCA commitment to accountability, innovativeness, learning, cross cutting issues and humanitarian standards while at the same time maintaining coherence between projects, DCA Ethiopian country programme and global strategy.
