OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Information Hub Team Lead will be responsible for the project implementation of DRC’s Information Hub services in Addis Ababa. The IH Team Lead will supervise Officers and Info Hub-based outreach workers, as well as collaborate with other Programme staff, to ensure EMP activities in the Info Hubs are delivered according to EMP plans and policies. The IH Team Lead will play a key role in coordinating EMP’s Information and Communications (IC) component, to ensure operational concerns and considerations from the field are effectively fed back and mainstreamed into future activities. Furthermore, the IH Team Lead will be responsible for management of Information Hub facilities, ensuring efficient operations and procedures.
