Overall Purpose Of The Role: Reporting to the Chief of Party, the Emergency Technical Advisor (ETA) will be responsible for the oversight of ensuring technical standards are met within the timeframe of project deliverables and ensure technical cohesion between country operations. The ETA will be responsible for ensuring country project implementation is in line with DRC global sector technical standards, approaches are mainstreamed across all country operations, and provide day-to-day technical trouble-shooting to project teams. The ETA will be in close communication with DRC Global Sector Leads, DRC Regional Programmatic Sector Leads and country-level technical advisors.

- Demonstrated experience working with displaced populations in an emergency setting together with at least 5 years of delivering large-scale operations;
