EngenderHealth Job Vacancy 2023
Job Summary: EngenderHealth seeks a consultant to lead the cost application process for an anticipated USAID opportunity in Ethiopia. The consultant will work closely with EngenderHealth’s global Finance, Business Development, and Programs teams as well as EngenderHealth’s Ethiopia country office to manage the cost application process and ensure the proposal budget, budget narrative, and supporting documents are complete and of high quality. Specific tasks include:
- Develop and ensure staff and partner adherence for the cost application process.
- Review the RFA and associated documents to identify and advise on cost proposal instructions and technical requirements with cost implications.
- Work alongside the Ethiopia Finance team, preferably in person, to develop a proposal budget that is compliant with USAID regulations, RFA instructions, and EngenderHealth SOPs in close consultation with proposal team
- Review partner budgets, and support integration into proposal budget.
- Finalize production of the proposal budget, budget narrative, and other cost application requirements for timely submission to the donor.
