FHI 360 Job Vacancy 2022
Job Accountabilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight for grants and contracts management on the Ethiopia SBC project.
- Manage and ensure compliance for all subrecipients.
- Train and mentor relevant project staff on managing and monitoring subrecipients.
- Oversee and support subrecipient start-up and close-out.
- Ensure compliance with USG rules and regulations and FHI 360 policies and procedures.
- Supervise and mentor the Grants & Contracts Management team on the SBC project.
- Ensure that all subrecipients have adequate policies and procedures and are submitting timely and high-quality reports.
- Ensure all subrecipients have sufficient funds to operate and manage pipelines to prevent overspending versus obligations.
- Manage the subrecipient database.
- Develop and manage subrecipient solicitation processes.
- Manage subrecipient modifications, ensuring adequate analysis and documentation.
- Work closely with the clinical/technical team and the M&E team to ensure integrated development and management of subrecipients.
- Ensure consistent on-site and remote monitoring of subaward performance, including programmatic, technical, financial, contractual, and M&E aspects.
- Conduct pre-award assessments for new subrecipients and develop special award conditions to address identified gaps and risks.
- Ensure all new subrecipients are oriented and supported in meeting subrecipient requirements.

Qualification:

- Knowledge of USAID regulations and experience managing USAID projects.
