Your Tasks:
- You lead managers and staff in accordance with the principles of the company and ensure a positive leadership culture
- You coordinate and steer complex topics and processes, recognize respective challenges and demonstrate ways to meet them
- You manage the change process within your unit and develop the organizational structures and processes to meet the needs of stakeholders within the cluster
- You support and advise the management of the cluster in all aspects of administration and finance
- You create, manage and solution-focused processes and interfaces between projects in the cluster, between clusters and with the country office
- You prepare for and follow-up on internal and external audits
- You ensure compliant administrative and financial processes also in the implementation regions of the projects and find solutions for remote management in these regions
- You coordinate the annual budgeting process between projects of the cluster and the country office
