Job Scope: The Partnerships Assistant supports the Partnership Team, with conducting due diligence, capacity assessment on potential partners, at the pre-award stage. The PA also works on drafting Partnership Agreements, and packaging. The position is based in Addis Ababa but will require travel to the field, for monitoring projects implemented by partners. The Assistant reports to Partnership Manager. The Partnerships Team sits in the Grants and Partnerships Unit of IRC Ethiopia.
