Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage the GPS system and serve as the main contact person for this system.
  • Assess vehicles and motorcycles to accurately diagnose and repair issues.
  • Liaise with clients to determine their automotive requirements and communicate vehicular defects or problems.
  • Provide routine inspections of vehicles and motorcycles and inform clients of any issues.
  • Prepare quotes and work estimates as requested.
  • Keep an accurate log of all work performed.
  • Maintain and clean equipment and tools to ensure they are kept in a safe and usable condition at all times.
  • Assist the procurement unit with the purchase of spare parts and items related to vehicles and motorcycles (from a technical perspective ). Fill in for the field offices when they have staff shortages.
  • Adhere to company work safety policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Carry out regular training to all drivers on basic vehicle mechanic skills, daily vehicle inspection, drills on safe driving, defensive driving, etc.
  • Be familiar with local regulations/laws.
