MSI Job Vacancy 2023
Responsibilities:
- Review activity documents.
- Conduct interviews with USAID and HWIP activity staff.
- Develop a design for conducting the cost effectiveness feasibility assessment.
- Work closely with the HWIP evaluation team lead and USAID to identify interventions and outcomes to compare and to discover the feasibility of applying a formal “cost effectiveness” methodology to identify if the HWIP interventions are cost effective.
- Assess the feasibility of and design/conduct the cost effectiveness evaluation of the HWIP interventions/strategies, including improved quality of pre-service education, improved human resource management, improved generation, and use of human resource for health (HRH) evidence.
- Gather and examine activity financial data.
- Identify standard costs and investigate variances with actual costs.
- Write up findings, conclusions and recommendations based on review to be included in the evaluation report.
- Support other aspects of the evaluation, as requested by the evaluation team lead.

- Experience in health-related studies is strongly preferred.
