MSI Job Vacancy 2023
Responsibilities:
- Take specific responsibility for assessing, analyzing, and reporting on the evaluation data related to HRHM and LMG in the health sector.
- Contribute to the preparation of the evaluation work, including developing quantitative and qualitative data collection instruments tailored to HRM and LMG.
- Conduct document reviews, including review and synthesis of relevant secondary data.
- Conduct data collection, including conducting interviews and capturing interview notes.
- Train other team members on the appropriate methodologies for data collection, ensuring high-quality and accurate data is gathered, in case necessary.
- Work with other team members during the data collection process, including participating in interviews and sharing key findings with other team members.
- Prepare clear and concise write ups that effectively communicate evaluation findings and recommendations related explicitly to HRM and LMG.
- Support the preparation and delivery of presentations on key evaluation findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
