Specific Responsibilities:
- Development of strategies, concept papers and situation analysis
- Develop close cooperation with the target group and local authorities
- Planning of programme/project assessments and evaluations
- Ensure quality implementation of projects, and regular follow ups and quality control points and reports, as well as optimal use of financial resources
- Ensure that all NRC systems for programme administration and financial management are implemented and adhered to
- Ensure that systems for monitoring programme/project activities are developed and implemented
- Coordinating NRC programme activities with national authorities, United Nations agencies and other national and international agencies/organizations.
