Tasks and Responsibilities: MS4G seeks to engage a qualified project management expert on a short-term basis to focus on the following tasks:
- Train and coach teams in effective management and communication of project status, issues, and risks, including appropriate escalation to project leadership
- Train and coach teams on managing partnerships, work planning, and setting and meeting deadlines
- Provide tools and coaching on managing collaboration and accountability using RACI approach.
- Provide tools and coaching on managing effective meetings: clear agenda, objectives, and participant roles. Structuring and sharing useful notes/minutes
- Coaching on use of email, shared documents, Teams chat, etc.
