Palladium Group Job Vacancy 2022
Duties and Responsibilities: CATALYZE MS4G seeks to hire a Director of Finance and Operations (DFO) to help the Country Team and the Activity Management Unit (AMU) to ensure local and USG compliance with tax, regulation and any other financial reporting requirements in both Ethiopia and with USG. Additionally, the DFO will provide operations and procurement oversight with the goal of ensuring that the project is efficient, compliant, and effective. The DFO will manage administrative and financial programmatic functions to ensure adherence to USAID, Palladium and Ethiopian laws and procedures. Financial reporting to Palladium and the Client will be a key element of this position, and tasks will include gathering information from the Senior Technical and Country Team Leadership for budgeting and forecasting purposes. The DFO will also engage on a day-to-day basis with the financial team in-country and at home office. As needed, the DFO will conduct internal audits and assist with external required tasks.
