Job Role: Palladium International, LLC is seeking a Deputy Chief of Party/Senior Technical Advisor with experience working in public health emergency and/or complex emergency planning for an anticipated USAID-funded project in Ethiopia. The DCOP/STA will work closely with the Chief of Party to provide overall leadership and management of the project including meeting the project’s technical objectives; managing financial resources, program staff, fund disbursement, and partnering agreements; maintaining good working relationships with host government officials and local partners; managing client reporting; and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This position will be based in Addis Ababa and is contingent upon award.

Qualification:
