Palladium Group Job Vacancy 2022
Duties and Responsibilities: Specific responsibilities of MEL Analyst include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the MEL Manager/team in development of tools for monitoring and tracking of program activities and results.
- Assist in management of data collection platform (IMPACTs system), including training of project partners and staff in data collection process.
- Provide technical support for the MEL team in the developing data collection tools
- Collect and collate data to be entered into database from technical staff analyze and report on performance indicators,
- Collect and collate data; verifying accuracy/DQA and completeness; and prepare source data for computer data entry,
- Work on data entry and cleaning in the M&E databases.
- develop M&E database and accurately enter data into the project MIS database or other spreadsheet applications,
- Conduct post-data entry queries on regular base to find out data quality errors/missing variables and conduct data cleaning accordingly
- Ability to design graphic and/or infographics
- Communicate with technical staff to verify data
- Participate in the identification, analysis and synthesis lessons learned from program implementation
- Organize regular project collaboration, learnings and adaptation events,
- Complying with Palladium data security and integrity policies
- Take other duties as requested by the MEL Manager.
