Job Role: This role provides the vision for and direction of human resources across the organization while ensuring a high-performance culture with a deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in every facet of the work. As part of Global Services Office, this role will lead the HR service unit to provide support to Pathfinder country teams which are led by two Presidents. This role will partner with the Presidents to support Pathfinder’s country-led strategy and deliver effective HR to its clients. This will result in a thorough understanding and support of the business needs while advancing Pathfinder’s core values, promoting positive employee engagement, and helping to guide and communicate overall HR strategy. The position will also ensure there is collaboration with country-office HR to provide support for strategic initiatives and drive compliance with global HR policies and risk management processes.
