The Opportunity: The purpose of the position is to ensure that all financial transaction of the program area will captured in the system; all tax related commitments are settled and ready for future reference. Accordingly, the position holder is responsible for all record keeping, reporting and compliance issues of program / project. To provide start up support at the project area levels and to provide cover if there is a gap in such positions at project implementation areas. The position involves high level of travel to field offices and requires flexibility in terms of movement and duration of assignments.
