Role Purpose: The position holder will be responsible is responsible for assessment, response analysis, design, coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the child protection in emergency programme for both refugee, migration and in the disaster preparedness, response and resilience unit by ensuring and maintaining global minimum standards across the intervention areas, by strengthening staff capacity, coordinating with other technical leads & response team members and management, representing PIE in education cluster, refugees education working group and any education related technical platform, ensuring response to immediate education need with simultaneous consideration of longer term needs and possible scenarios.

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or preferably Master degree in Education, Educational Psychology, Educational Administration, Pedagogy and other related fields
- At least 10 years in NGO sector in humanitarian and development setting, or demonstrated equivalent combination and experience, in which more than 3 years’ experience on management position. Ability to develop effectively working relationships across a network.
- Demonstrated experience in activities with communities and/or international development in INGOs working environment and preferable have experience on leading refugee & migration responses and/or wide range of disaster.
