Position Purpose: The RBM and Evaluation Advisor is a member of an internal network of Advisors across regions and coordinates closely with the evaluation advisors in the Regional Hub, on the application and adaptation of corporate M&E policies, strategies, and lessons learned.The Advisor reports to the Regional Hub Manager.

Qualification:

• Master’s Degree or equivalent in economics, social sciences, statistics, planning development.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in multivariate data analysis and monitoring and evaluation, statistical methods, and programme management and implementation in the international development arena
• A track record of extensive national/international working experience in Africa with increasing managerial responsibilities
• Extensive, hands-on experience in and understanding of UNDP country-level monitoring and evaluation requirements and approaches
• Consolidated training experience in development planning, monitoring, and evaluation design, management, and methodologies
• Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methodologies and tools.
