Scope of Work: The overall responsibility of this position is coordinating the skill trainings and research affairs that are designed under the different programs. The Training and Research Analyst will have the responsibility of technically guiding the operational aspect of the training programs and facilitating the research components of the program. The Training and Research Analyst will report to the Program Manager and NPC while planning, monitoring, delivering and reporting of the project deliverables in research and training. The Training and Research Analyst will also facilitate the engagement of local training and research institutions and key global partners like SLU. All SLU affairs will be facilitated by the Analyst in consultation with the Program Manager and NPC, UNDP and EFCCC. Further, He /She will work in close collaboration with a range of development partners and government institutions/responsible parties at the National and Regional levels.

- Demonstrated experience in working with multi-stakeholder teams, ideally representing different government and non-government agencies;
- Demonstrated experience at the managerial level in developing effective strategic plans and strengthening the capacity of public bodies;
- Experience in project delivery support and effective management of complex interactions in a complex work environment;
- Ability to carry out responsibilities independently with minimal technical supervision.
