UNICEF Job Vacancy 2022
Job Purpose: The Chief Planning & Monitoring will ensure that the UNICEF Ethiopia Country Office has useful, valid and reliable information on the situation of children’s and women’s rights in Ethiopia and the performance of UNICEF-supported programmes. This will include programme relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability, and in emergency contexts, their coverage, coordination and coherence. The Chief will work within the UN country team (UNCT) to support their goals for delivering valid and reliable information on the attainment of the SDGs and other goals, and on the performance of UN-supported programmes. They will also assist in the establishment of monitoring an evaluation tools to enhance partnership between the UNCT, government and other key players to collectively track progress on SDGs and other international commitment for children.
