UNICEF Job Vacancy 2022
Description Of Assignment:
- Provide valuable contributions to support the RBF technical design, by collecting and analysing quantitative and qualitative data on TFHA program from multiple sources (secondary search and from interviews with stakeholders), having working sessions, and producing working documents with both EOF teams and the City Administration of Addis Ababa
- Lead in-country stakeholder engagement, having discussions, interviews, and workshops with relevant stakeholders from the City Administration of Addis Ababa (e.g., Bureaus, sub-cities, and woredas) to ensure the effective implementation of the RBF program
- Help define the most appropriate governance structure for the RBF program, supporting the discussions with the City Administration of Addis Ababa and other relevant stakeholders
- Support the planning and organization of in-country workshops or events with relevant stakeholders
- Provide operational and logistical support to the missions of EOF central team to Ethiopia and to the organization of in-country events
- Other activities in line with the above-mentioned components may be required, as per needs identified.

Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree.
Experience:
- Minimum of five years of prior experience working in relevant sectors, ideally in the Early Childhood Development space in Ethiopia
- Experience engaging with senior and working-level government stakeholders in the country
- Excellent knowledge of, and preferably relationships with, key stakeholders within the City Administration of Addis Ababa
- Ideally, experience leading or collaborating on Early Childhood Development programs in Ethiopia targeting the most vulnerable
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data sets and information
- Strong analytical skills.
