UNICEF Job Vacancy 2023
Scope Of Work:
- National level macroeconomic, sector and fiscal analysis.
- Produce quarterly reports on macroeconomic updates.
- Undertake analysis to inform improved financing for selected social sectors.
- Develop a concept paper for Ethiopia on identifying potential area(s) of strategic macroeconomic/fiscal/public financial management engagement at the sub-national level through stakeholder consultation that analyses and prioritizes bottlenecks specific to selected regions.
- Conduct subnational budget and expenditure analysis.
- Undertake data collection required for subnational budget and expenditure analysis from the relevant regional bureaus and validate the data with the respective regional bureaus.
- Produce an overall regional budget and expenditure analysis report as per UNICEF guidelines.
- Produce sector-specific budget and expenditure analysis reports for selected sectors that outline sector level performance including expenditure trends, composition, and budget credibility.
- Update subnational budget and expenditure analysis for regions with existing budget and expenditure analyses.

Qualification:
