Job Highlight: As the Human Resources Officer for WRI Africa, you will play an integral role in providing support to our staff located throughout the region. You will be key to managing our HR processes and ensuring the smooth functioning of the Africa office. You are an independent thinker who is able to help solve complex problems and advise on internal processes. You will enable the delivery of our HR solutions and priorities, be data-driven and detail-oriented. You are a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and professional experience in HR administrative roles. You have the ability to collaborate across a global network and manage remote relationships. You will report directly to the HR Manager for WRI Africa.

Qualification & Experience:
- A completed bachelor’s degree in HR, business or non-profit management, public administration, or related field with HR qualification at a diploma level or a professional HR qualification.
- You have 3+ years of relevant professional experience working in Human Resources administrative roles, ideally within an international non-profit matrixed organization
- Experience in the development of HR related new systems and policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Experience in HRIS systems preferably ADP.
