Role Purpose: The Psychological counseler will be Under the guidance and technical support of the case management coordinator, and CP project coordinator- He/she is responsible for working closely with children, community and government stakeholders for provision of effective, efficient and quality psychosocial support both in individual and group therapy techniques to improve the well-being of beneficiaries. In addition, appropriate recommendation will be given for project staffs concerning the wellbeing of the individual and faced problems in order to pass the right decision and to provide the necessary supports. Moreover, further case referral for sever mental/physical problem cases will be handled along with social workers and other project teams.

- Previous 3 years of experience working with vulnerable children and adolescents in a corporate or NGO environment, preferably in protection or community based child protection field;
