Role Purpose: The position holder will be responsible to support the implementation and realization of the PIE’s strategy through strategically managing and leading the Break free project of the PA aligning to the thematic country program.The post holder is responsible for the delivery of results in line with pre agreed program plans and objectives of the Break Free project and oversees program implementation at all stages throughout the project cycle. The post holder is responsible for ensuring quality program delivery of the overall Break Free project. She/he ensures integration, collaboration, coordination, communication and teamwork within and across other projects/ programs implemented by Plan International Ethiopia. This role will also ensure the implementation of Plan’s policy on Safeguarding children and young people in PIE, focus on advocacy to bring positive social and gender norms, enhancing collective voice, action and meaningful participation of girls and young women as well as working in coordination with Break Free consortium members.

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Social work, and other related field.
Experience:
- At least 5 years relevant experience of which at least two years’ experience with NGOs.
- Demonstrated experience and/or knowledge of working with the regional and local government sectors.
- Experience with a diverse set of stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including from policy-makers and senior management to local government and CSOs, as well as community leaders and beneficiaries.
- Experience conducting joint supportive supervision with key stakeholders.
