Winrock International Job Vacancy 2022
Job Position: The Project Coordinator will manage the three-year project Demonstrating A Scalable Revenue Model for Community Solar Water Pumping in Ethiopia, to be implemented in ten pilot communities located within six woredas near the city of Bahir Dar. The Project Coordinator will be based in Bahir Dar and will travel to field sites regularly. The position is full-time. Qualified Ethiopian nationals are strongly encouraged to apply. This position is contingent on award.

- REPORTS TO: US-based Home Office Coordinator
Qualification & Experience:
- Advanced degree in international development, renewable energy, water and sanitation, organizational capacity building or relevant fields of study.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in donor-funded projects in a related role.
- Previous experience working in projects related to water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH), particularly community water supply, is required. Experience with solar water pumping is highly desirable.
- Experience working with government at the ministry, regional, and woreda level, and ability to foster and maintain good working relationships with government officials.
- Experience integrating private companies into donor-funded projects, including knowledge of results-based grants, is highly desirable.
