Job Tasks:
- Identification of potential for cooperation with civil society organizations and local state structures, examination of possible cooperation, networking with relevant stakeholders and international organizations
- Technical advice and process support for the partner organizations
- Joint conception of dialogue processes to deal with the causes of flight and to strengthen the prevention of displacement with a focus on the advancement of women
- Supporting the partner organizations in the development of concrete dialogue, training and mediation formats and their implementation in the Sidama region and the Gedeo and Guji areas in Oromia
- Conception and support of formats to promote the active participation of women and young people in dealing with conflicts of interest
- Coordination support during project setup and its conceptual development.
