Save the Children Job Vacancy 2023
Role Purpose: Human Resources and SG coordinator is accountable for ensuring quality, efficient and proactive HR and administrative support services within the Area Office/Field Office as per the standard Save the Children systems, polices, and procedures. In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly. She/he will be responsible to assist projects at each camps & host community programs and the field office to ensure compliance are meet through community awareness, capacity building training, conduct project risk assessment and facilitate on the development & dissemination of friendly materials. She/he will also responsible on assisting to implement safe program activities, establishing local reporting procedures, reporting, data management and share learnings.
