Job Position: Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, the Livestock Officer lead the implementation of livestock activities in Humanitarian Response to the Crisis in Afar (HURECA) project, which is under operation in three Woredas of Zone 2, Afar Regional State. She/he is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation of livestock related interventions that able to protect the livelihood of Afar pastoral and agropastoral communities who affected by recurrent drought and conflict. The livestock Officer will also be responsible for timely identifying and documenting project outputs and outcomes and reporting as per the reporting schedule. Besides, She/he will ensure active participation in the Woreda level Livestock related coordination forums.
