Handicap International Job Vacancy 2022
Job Context: Under the responsibility of the Program Director and in collaboration with the Operations Manager and the HQ Protection and MHPSS Technical Specialists, you will contribute to the implementation of the mandate and the 10-year strategy of Humanity & Inclusion in Ethiopia. You ensure optimal quality and impact of the projects implemented in the country, through a delegation system with appropriate control mechanisms. You share with all HI managers the responsibility of a sound successful functioning of the global organization, through paradigm changes.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Support the program to develop its strategy, especially with regard to protection and MHPSS intervention and contributing more widely to HI Health and Protection strategy in the country.
- You are responsible for the technical support and regular follow-up (quality assurance) of the HI Protection and MHPSS activities in the country (direct service provision as well as health system strengthening activities);
- Oversee the development and adaptation of technical material aiming to build the capacity of the HI staff and partners, through face to face or remote trainings and coaching;
- You are responsible to develop the capacity of country Protection/MHPSS Field Technical Officer to Field Technical Specialist.
- Coordinate with other MHPSS and Protection actors and represent HI internally and externally, whenever necessary.

Qualification:
