FHI 360 Job Vacancy 2024
Accountabilities:
- Provides support to program management such as coordination of activities, troubleshooting, updates work plans, administrative support and monitors program activities.
- Ensures timely implementation of the Ethiopia Community Nutrition Activity, and monitors project activities against work plans.
- Facilitates communication by answering implementing partner inquires and liaising with FHI 360 HQ, government officials, USAID, and other local, regional, and international stakeholders.
- Reviews and contributes to work plans; provides support to programs by writing and/or reviewing reports on a quarterly basis.
- Supports program teams administratively to provide high quality deliverables
- Documents and shares project accomplishments, challenges, and lessons learned among internal and external partners through knowledge management (KM) products, for example, articles, blog entries and personal interest stories.
- Facilitates the project event coordination and logistics.

Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Knowledge/Information Services, Communications, Education, Environment, Health, Behavioral, Life/Social Sciences International Development, Human Development or related field required.
Experience:
- 3-5 years’ relevant experience in non-governmental accounts, program/grant management, and US Government rules and regulations.
- Ability to work both independently and in teams, within a fast-paced environment;
- Demonstrated success in multicultural environments is required.
Language Skills:
- Excellent communication, writing, and oral presentation skills in English.
