Job Assignment: As such, Search is looking to hire a consultants to:
- Develop a half-day[1] curriculum on identifying and managing hate speech, disinformation, misinformation related to the elections, and ensuring online safety during elections. The training material may leverage the expertise and toolkits of local initiatives including the NCIC Hate Speech training, to build skills in identifying the impact, spread and triggers of hate speech and collaborating with offline conflict monitors to counter this type of speech.
- Facilitate 6 half-day training sessions, in person and/or remote.
- Provide a report with key recommendations on countering hate speech, misinformation and disinformation during the elections, for the project’s Early Warning and Early Response System, multimedia campaign and follow-up coaching.
