Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with Measurement Unit colleagues to create learning resources to improve the M&E knowledge and skills of staff across M&E-related functions, including, but not limited to guidance documents, tutorial videos, training packs;
- Facilitate online and in-person training sessions and/or workshops;
- Coordinate training logistics: scheduling, registration, technology testing;
- Develop and curate learning resources for IRC Intranet (RescueNet) and the learning platform Kaya;
- Work with colleagues and translators to ensure core training materials are available in official IRC languages (English, French, Arabic and Spanish).

Qualification:

- Experience working in low- and middle-income countries; running workshops in low-resource settings; and working in culturally and linguistically diverse settings.
