The Role: HECA Regional platform is looking for a Regional Campaigns Coordinator to lead coordination of the regional Building Forward Fairer campaign at all levels for its effective delivery. The role will involve brokering multiple relationships with INGOs, regional bodies and other platforms, working closely with the regional media and comms advisor, country programmes and the HECA Regional Platform team.

Qualification & Experience:
- We are looking for an individual with demonstrable experience (over 7 years) in building and implementing dynamic campaigns, advocacy and influencing strategies that have led to national and/or regional change in Africa, particularly in Horn East and Central Africa region. The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of the socio-economic and political landscape as well as practical experience for successful influencing of political and regional level actors and institutions. He/she must have demonstrable skills in brokering relationships within and outside the organisation, engage with traditional and non-traditional stakeholders to increase influence and impact, experience of working with and/or within civil society alliances and more importantly provision of leadership and management. If you have self-awareness, understanding and commitment to Oxfam values and principles.
