The Role: Oxfam International Secretariat is looking for a Internal Communications Advisor to realize ambitious and creative internal communications plans and activities that enable staff engagement and understanding of key Oxfam objectives, policies and developments across the confederation. We need someone to provide guidance and work with staff across the confederation in particular OI project leads, HR, safeguarding and culture teams on internal communications and staff engagement that they are responsible for. The role also aims to strengthen internal communications at country and regional level and ensure that their stories, successes and impact are heard and enhance staff engagement in confederation wide initiatives.
