Plan International Job Vacancy 2022
Role Purpose: Reporting to the Urban Programme Unit Manager, the Senior Integrated Projects Coordinator (Machakos) will be responsible for overall oversight of Plan Kenya’s operations in Machakos. The incumbent will provide overall managerial accountability in Machakos Satellite Office, sponsorship management and the existing project/s at the Satellite Office for quality and timely delivery of sponsorship communications and projects deliverables. S/he will be engaged in building better partnerships that drive our program and sponsorship work at the satellite office. This includes partnership building with the County Government and other stakeholders, manage the projects teams to ensure achievement of results for the beneficiaries especially girls and sponsored children.

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Project Management, Development studies and related disciplines.
Experience:
- At least 7 Years’ experience in relevant field preferable in management of multiple projects
- A minimum 3 Years in a leadership/managerial role
- Demonstrable experience managing projects with budgets over and above US$1 million preferably across various thematic areas.
- Demonstrable experience in project cycle management
- Effective team management experience.
