Job Role: The overall role of the Regional Finance Coordinator is to ensure the smooth running of financial activities for the CSO-Programme and its partners across the ESA region.The Regional Finance Coordinator will be responsible for the financial monitoring of implementing Country Offices within ESA region, under the leadership of the Regional Program Manager, with purpose to ensure strong and transparent relationships, satisfactory reporting and continuously improving performance of COs, efficient financial management, strict cost control and limited risks for the CSO-Programme, through CO financial performance reviews / audits / training and capacity building.

Qualification:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in finance field plus financial qualification (ACCA, CPA, etc).
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience at a senior finance or controlling role,
- Significant experience in non-profit accounting, including grant accounting, internal controls, compliance, and financial reporting and analysis.
- Experience in financial audits in various countries is a strong advantage.
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting process, budget holders and budget monitoring.
- Experience in training and capacity building of local staff.
- Experience with due diligence and managing implementing partners.
- Experience working with at least 3 different countries in Africa.
