Qualification:
- Master’s degree in a field relevant to the development and urban planning, public policy, social sciences, international development, political science, or similar experience in lieu of a master degree is required.
Experience:
- Five years of working experience in urban development, preferable in slum and informal settlements upgrading, affordable housing, strategic urban planning, in the Pacific and elsewhere, is required. Knowledge and experience stakeholder engagement, participatory approaches, communication and community-driven policy and strategy development or similar are required. Demonstrated level experience in urban upgrading development or slum upgrading in previous assignments is desirable.
