UNDP Job Vacancy 2022
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Driving office vehicles for the transport of the transport of UNDP Senior Management team and other high-ranking officials and visitors and
- Meeting official personnel and visitors at the airport including visa and customs formalities arrangements when required.
- Accurate maintenance of daily vehicle logs, provision of inputs to preparation of the vehicle maintenance plans and reports; ensures timely annual vehicle inspection.
- Timely minor repairs, arrangements for major repairs, timely changes of oil, gas/fuel consumption, check of tires, brakes, car washing, etc.
- Vehicle insurance, vehicle logs, office directory, map of the city/country, first aid kit, pep kits, radio and communication equipment and necessary spare parts in the assigned vehicle.
