Job Responsibilities: Under the direct supervision of the Senior Administrative Officer, the intern will:
- Undertake research and analysis on various administrative/programmatic/finance/human resources/legal related issues and assist with compiling information and data as requested.
- Create, update and maintain Excel tables/reports, surveys, statistics and presentations;
- Support the review, cleanup and restructuring of the shared filing system in MS Teams;
- Assist in creating themed information folders in MS Teams, providing SOPs and information on various processes, rules and regulations for ease of reference by colleagues in the Division.
- Provide administrative support for daily office operations, including drafting routine communication and individual responses to client queries;
