UNICEF Job Vacancy 2023
Scope of Work:
- Assist with data reconciliation of the physical verification exercise between various databases, ERP (VISION), and tracking files like Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
- Liaise with clients and staff members to physically verify property away from offices using online measures such as dated photographs, filling of online forms, and video correspondence.
- Upload physical verification data in ERP (VISION) and other legacy systems and databases to monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate electronic and manual records of physical verification documentation for audit purposes, management, and clients.
Qualification & Experience:
- University degree in social sciences, business management, administration, finance, or any other relevant field of discipline.
- Three years of relevant professional work experience in office management, administration, finance, accounting, ICT, human resources, supply, or any other relevant function.
- Knowledge of UN procedures and processes
- Developing country work experience and/or familiarity with emergency is considered an asset.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is an asset
