Scope of Work:
The consultant will support countries to:
- Review supply chain policies and relevant standard operating procedures to include COVID 19 vaccine characteristics/considerations where applicable
- Assess dry storage and cold chain capacity at all levels with regards to the COVID-19 vaccines characteristics and advise on addressing identified supply and logistics gaps, exploring different options (ref global guidance).
- Together with the National Logistics working Group (nLWG), develop a dynamic tool to closely monitor vaccine consumption, stock status and cold storage volume requirements to inform allocation projections and country’s decisions on shipment planning, taking into consideration demand and vaccine shelf life.

Qualification:

- Demonstrable experience working with government (preferable at national and county level), development partners and other stakeholders.
