VSO Job Vacancy 2022
Role Overview: The Learning Consultant will design and lead the learning exercise that VSO is implementing in Kenya, Malawi and Ethiopia using CES and IPC score cards. Lessons are expected to be drawn from these actions. VSO expects the data collection for this knowledge product to follow a mixed method approach involving voices from a range of Primary Actors, Key Stakeholders and Communities – to be agreed in consultation with the working group. The Learning Consultant is expected to use participatory evaluation methods. The full methodology will be defined once the full scope has been agreed with the consultant, through the development of an inception report.
