Purpose Of The Position: To provide technical support and assistance on violence against women/gender-based violence in emergencies.

Qualification:

  • Advanced University Degree in one of the following fields: Public Health, women’s or gender and development studies, social sciences; or first health science degree with advanced degree (at least at master level) in a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 7 years’ work experience in violence against women/gender-based violence some of which in emergencies. At least five years of field experience, ideally in a range of settings in Africa.
