Duties and Responsibilities: The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) is the leading global environmental authority that sets the global environmental agenda, promotes the coherent implementation of the environmental dimension of sustainable development within the United Nations system and serves as an authoritative advocate for the global environment. Its mandate is to coordinate the development of environmental policy consensus by keeping the global environment under review and bringing emerging issues to the attention of governments and the international community for action.
- Delivery of a strategic work plan on digital marketing and digital outreach
- Application of the digital marketing strategy across SPBF communication and electronic media assets.
- Creation of new partnerships to augment and support SPBF’s digital presence.
- Increase the engagement amongst the science community, policy makers and the private sector, as a result of digital marketing
- Manage digital media platforms for the UN Science Policy Business Forum (UN-SPBF).
- Coordinating virtual events and activities
Qualification:
- Second level degree is required in Film & Digital Production and Directing, and/or Audio Visual Arts.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in virtual and digital production, visualizations, digital marketing is required.

- Language: English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For the consultancy, fluency in oral and written English is required. Knowledge of another UN Language is desirable.
