Responsibilities:
The Head Of Department MEAL lead the successful implementation of monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning systems for programs and projects, both new and established, ensuring efficiency in project deliverables.
More precisely, the HOD MOEAL will be responsible for the following missions:
- Overall technical support and accountable for the implementation of AAH MEAL systems
- Support proper and timely reporting of MEAL activities in colloboration with other departments
- Build the capacity of MEAL team through trainings, mentorships and coaching to ensure quality control and successful implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities
- Ensure capitalization and effective implentation of knowledge management systems for all projects activities in the mission
Qualification:
- An advanced university degree in one of the following fields: education, economics, psychology, sociology or another relevant technical field.
Experience:
- You hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Business, Administration, statistics, demography or related subject, with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of previous experience working with NGOs
- You have a minimum 2 years of previous experience in coordination level position; Proven management and coordination skills (HR, projects, and stress management);
- You have a proven ability to translate analysis and evaluation into operational planning and strategy;
