UNDP Job Vacancy 2024
Scope of Work: UNDP Nigeria is seeking a Tax for SDGs National Coordinator to effectively manage and support the ongoing implementation of the UNDP Tax for SDGs Initiative and provide support to UNDP Nigeria on tax related engagements as part of the agenda of financing the SDGs in the country.
Key Duties and Accountabilities:
- Strategic and Multi-Stakeholder Engagement
- Policy and Programme Coordination
- Knowledge Management
- Outreach Engagement
Qualification:
- Advanced University degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in taxation, law, economics, finance, public policy, or a closely related field is required.
- A first-level university degree (bachelor’s degree) in combination with an additional two years of qualifying experience will be given due consideration in lieu of the advanced university degree.
Experience:
- 2 years (with Master’s degree) or 4 years (with Bachelor’s degree) of relevant years of progressively responsible experience working in taxation, public finance management, or domestic resource mobilization for a government or international organization is required.
