UNICEF Job Vacancy 2021
Job Purpose: UNICEF has supported the Immunization Programme in Niger in addressing their cash flow timing issues via the access to the Vaccine Independence Initiative (VII) revolving fund. Apart from the temporary cash flow timing issues, Niger faces other supply financing challenges, including in the supply budgeting. The current consultancy is initiated in Niger to identify and / or address the budgeting bottlenecks.

- Desirable : Minimum seven years professional relevant work experience (or nine years in case of First University degree) in public finance, health budgeting, fiscal space analysis, health / immunization financing, setting up financial solutions for health (including trust funds etc).
